Jim was absolutely fantastic to work with! He is professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and his pricing is very fair and accurate. I’ve used him for several of our houses now, and each time I’ve been extremely happy with the quality of his work.

Everything looks great and is working perfectly. It’s so nice to have someone you can trust to do the job right, communicate clearly, and charge a fair price. I will definitely continue using Jim for our properties in the future.

I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone dependable and professional. Great service, great work, and an overall excellent experience!

We could not be happier with our new shutters! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Jim, the owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and made the entire process so easy. He took the time to help us choose the perfect window coverings for our home and made sure every detail was exactly right.

The shutters themselves are beautiful and the quality exceeded our expectations. They completely transformed the look of our windows and home. The installation was also excellent—professional, efficient, clean, and everything was installed perfectly.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers such great customer service along with a high-quality product and flawless installation. Jim truly cares about his customers and it shows. We are extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Jim and his company to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality shutters and window coverings. Five stars all the way!

We've used The Shutter Look twice and had a seamless experience both times. Great communication, quality product, timely installation...couldn't be better! Installing shuttters and blinds on our windows and sliding glass door was certainly a challenge since the builder didn't make anything straight or level, but Jim made it all work beautifully. Highly recommend!

Owner's reply
Thanks Brita. It was truly a pleasure to work with you and Mark... great customers!

Mr. Jim did the shutters at our first house mora than 10 years ago and the shutters are still in PERFECT condition. We have use their services through the years at different properties (shutters, blackouts) and had never had an issue.
Additionally, Mr. Jim is very professional and responsible.
